Affordable Housing
We provide affordable housing to families with low income in the local community. Our housing units are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. We work closely with local organizations to identify families in need and ensure that our housing units are distributed fairly and efficiently. Our goal is to make sure that everyone has access to safe and affordable housing.
Community Development
A safe, happy and healthy community is where our neighbors come together to make their communities better for thier friends, families and themselves. With TMG's free webinars and community events, we strive to embody inclusion for everyone and connect people with resources and opportunities. In addition to hosting our free webinars and community events, we create a sense of community through tenant associations, community cleanups and volunteering opportunities.
Workforce Development
Mainly focusing on Trade Workshops through our community events and webinars, TMG strives to empower the community through free, educational workshops to include: HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, administrative and technical workshops.
Economic Development
Maintaining and improving the comfortability, safety and awareness of our neighbors continues to be one of our top priorities. Maintaining affordable housing with modern amenities, LED lighting, Central A/C and security is a level of standard we uphold. Additionally, we provide complimentary services for extermination services, drywall repairs, security requests, appliance malfunctions, plumbing, etc. to ensure our neighbors maintain the standard of living they deserve.
